Skyworks 完成与 Qorvo 合并，打造射频芯片业龙头

2026年9月，三星电子与法国人工智能企业Mistral AI宣布建立战略合作，计划将大模型技术用于半导体工程与制造。合作重点是构建可在企业内部运行的定制模型，使芯片研发和生产资料能够在既有基础设施范围内处理，并根据实际工作需要调整能力。

随着制造工艺变得更复杂，工厂每天产生大量设备与质量数据，如何快速识别异常、理解缺陷并优化运行，成为提高研发效率的重要环节。双方计划把Mistral的模型与服务引入三星相关业务，探索缺陷检测、设备调优和良率稳定等应用。与直接使用公共服务相比，本地部署更加重视敏感技术信息的控制和内部流程适配。三星还参与了Mistral的新一轮融资，为长期技术协作提供基础。公告提出的是合作方向和预期用途，尚未给出这些系统在量产线上统一可比的提升幅度。实际成效需要通过具体工序中的测试、人员协作和持续运行表现来衡量。
