天域半导体于10月6日斥资199.73万港元回购3.83万股

2026年9月，麻省理工学院研究团队借助人工智能优化RNA疫苗的稳定配方，尝试降低对超低温运输和储存的依赖。研究人员先筛选近50种已获批准使用的辅料，再从较有希望的成分中选择组合，让算法根据少量实验结果不断调整比例，减少盲目试配所需的次数。

优化后的脂质纳米颗粒经过真空干燥，在室温储存一年或37摄氏度储存两个月后，仍能在小鼠实验中产生与对照配方相近的免疫反应。团队还将耐热配方用于可溶解微针贴片，验证另一种递送形式的可能性。研究显示，材料配方与数据驱动实验设计相结合，有机会提高生物制剂的运输便利性，并加快开发过程。需要区分的是，辅料本身已有使用基础，不等于新组合形成的疫苗已经获得临床批准。目前公开结果主要来自实验室和动物研究，人体安全性、有效性及规模化制造仍需独立验证。
