散热制造商 Dynatron 确认 AMD EPYC "Verano" 处理器采用 SB1 插槽

2026年6月，三星公布UFS 5.0嵌入式存储方案，面向需要在设备本地处理人工智能任务的手机、可穿戴设备和扩展现实产品。公司给出的最高顺序读取速度为每秒10.8GB，最高写入速度为每秒9.5GB，希望加快大模型文件及其他大型数据的载入，降低本地应用的等待时间。

新方案采用更新的接口标准，并通过时钟控制和多电压等设计改善能源利用效率。封装尺寸为7.5毫米乘13毫米、厚0.9毫米，为终端内部布局提供更多空间。三星在发布时计划于2026年第四季度开始量产，容量最高达到1TB。随着部分人工智能功能从云端转向终端，存储速度、功耗和封装体积的重要性进一步上升。不过，本地模型运行表现还由处理器、内存和软件共同决定，更快的闪存并不意味着所有任务都会同比加速。这里的量产时间属于发布时的安排，实际终端采用情况需要以相关产品后续信息为准。
