伊朗里亚尔创历史新低，20亿美元外汇干预未能阻止跌势

2026年9月，麻省理工学院研究团队提出HardFlow算法，让生成式人工智能在寻找高质量方案时满足必须遵守的条件。与普通内容生成不同，机器人路线或物理控制任务中的结果不能只是大致合理，还需要符合几何边界、运动规律等硬性要求，否则一个很小的偏差也可能使方案无法使用。

新方法把生成过程转化为轨迹优化问题，允许中间计算保留较大探索空间，再引导最终输出符合约束。相比每一步都强行压回可行范围，这种策略有机会找到质量更好的结果，例如在安全条件下缩短机器人路径。团队在机器人、物理系统控制和计算机视觉任务中进行了实验，报告方案满足约束的同时，部分质量指标优于对比方法。算法可在部署阶段作用于已有模型，无需重新训练。其效果仍取决于约束是否被正确表达、环境模型是否适用，因此它解决的是特定数学任务中的生成控制问题，而非为所有人工智能行为提供统一安全保证。
